Facilities Maintenance (Handyman) - Full Time

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facility Technician for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA.

Ability to obtain a security clearance is required. Interim clearance is required to start position ,

• 2+ years maintenance experience
• 2+ years facilities experience
• 2+ years experience with general maintenance experience

This position handles routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting ranging from electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.

Follows work orders and or other general instructions, conducts inspections, logs completed work, and offers limited janitorial support (e.g., trash removal, floor cleaning) when workload permits or support is required.
