Role Description The Insurance Agent role at Comparion Insurance Agency is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandler, AZ. The Insurance Agent will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate insurance products. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes from multiple carriers, and supporting customers through the application, underwriting, and policy renewal processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records, staying current on product offerings and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and service goals. The Insurance Agent is expected to build long-term client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and dependable guidance.

Qualifications Candidates should possess or ability to learn skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively generate, manage, and close new and renewal business.

Candidates should possess knowledge, or have the ability to learn knowledge of Insurance products and coverage options to provide accurate guidance and personalized recommendations.

Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand premiums, deductibles, risk, and basic personal finance concepts relevant to policyholders.

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support clients with professionalism.

Active state insurance license (or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe).

Comfort with sales targets, pipeline management, and using CRM or agency management systems.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of an on-site team.

Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related customer-facing field is preferred.
