Salary Range: $22.00 To $29.00 Hourly

In partnership with twenty-six Counties and Behavioral Health Departments across California, Psynergy provides rehabilitation and specialty mental health services to individuals afflicted with complex and chronic mental illness. We do this in an enriched residential environment where through support, skill-building and treatment clients have created thriving environments and communities of care. We are looking for exceptional team members who can help us build and maintain the highest standards of care in both residential and clinical treatment! We are seeking someone who is passionate about working with residents. The Program Coordinator creates and implements facility groups and activities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - preferred

Great customer relations and service skills - required

Great organization and time managements skills - required

Providing assistance to residents as necessary to ensure all residents participate in accordance with their interest and abilities.

Ensure that CCR Title XXII regulatory agency and facility requirements, including facility documentation standards, financial records and program assets are maintained.

Manages the implementation of policies and practices to ensure the consistent quality of service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory bodies.

Implements standards of care and assists staff to work effectively and efficiently with residents. Participates in and leads facility meetings and training as assigned or required.
