Receptionist – Veterinary Front Desk
Salary: $19-$22 per hour, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. $500 Sign on Bonus!
Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday (between 6:30AM - 6:30PM) with occasional rotating Saturday (7:30AM-2:30PM). Candidates must be able to work 4 days per week, 10 hour shifts.
Parker Center Animal Clinic is hiring full-time customer service professionals to be the knowledgeable, welcoming face at our front desk. This role goes beyond typical administrative assistant duties—it's about delivering knowledgeable service while confidently communicating in the language of veterinary care. Speak the language: Understand and communicate clearly about common vaccines, lab tests, procedures, pet behavior, and veterinary terminology.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready environment—including occasionally assisting with pet-related clean-up to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Previous experience in a medical or veterinary front desk, receptionist, or administrative assistant role
end-of-life care, financial discussions) with empathy
