Description

Conduct evaluations in inpatient or outpatient environments and establish tailored treatment strategies
Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families about therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise programs
Document assessments, treatments, and progress following both facility and regulatory standards
Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary conferences to ensure seamless coordinated care
Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
