We're partnered with a national AV-rated defense firm recruiting experienced attorneys for its California General Liability practice. Our client is open to Associate level candidates as the practice group expands. This is an opportunity to join a small, collaborative practice group where you'll get hands-on litigation experience and direct mentorship from Partners.

Drafting and responding to complaints, motions, and written discovery

Working directly with clients to develop litigation strategy

An active California bar license in good standing and JD from an ABA-approved law school is required for consideration. Interested candidates should have at least 2-3 years of civil defense litigation experience, ideally in general liability, mass tort, toxic tort, construction defect, or insurance defense. Salary is between $120K–$150K commensurate with experience, with quarterly bonuses based on billable hours and annual reviews for raises.
