Dishwasher (Full-Time/Hourly)

Dishwasher - Chevy Chase
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to keep the kitchen running smoothly
Keep storerooms, coolers, and freezers clean, organized, and well-stocked
Maintain a clean and sanitary dish room, kitchen, and receiving areas
Assist with basic food prep as needed
Knife skills are a plus and may be used to help with simple prep tasks
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30 A.M.- 3:00 P.M.
Transportation: Free on-campus parking is available. Located on the Metro Red Line. On the bus line just steps away from Walter Reed Hospital and the NIH.
Pay Type: $19.00 Hourly
Time Commitment: Full Time

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
Rotate products in inventory.
Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies.
Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
