Production Welders (Part-time)

Hourly rate: Are you a skilled fabricator with a passion for precision and quality? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Welder / Fitter to join our Production team in Warwick!

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for welding and fitting components to exacting standards, ensuring all work meets build specifications and quality expectations in line with BS EN ISO 9001.

Carry out MIG and MAG welding on medium-heavy steel fabrications (2mm-10mm)

Build and tack weld fabrications from engineering drawings

Identify and correct visual faults in fabrications

Promote a proactive approach to quality and team collaboration

Be flexible in moving between departments and learning new skills

Experience in MIG & MAG welding and medium-heavy steel fabrication

Welding/fabrication qualifications and relevant training

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

BSEN 287 coded welding and pendant crane operation are desirable
