RN - LPN Home Health Care Night Shift (Part time)

Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) 1:1 Home Care

In-home, one-on-one care

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes. You'll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Infant & Toddler Care

6-Month-Old Baby Boy: A brave little guy with interstitial lung disease. Care includes Trach, Vent, and NG-tube. Shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (All days available, MonSun).

Year-Old Baby Boy: A very happy, smiley baby who loves being read to! Shifts: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (Saturdays).
Year-Old Girl: Requires a skilled RN with pediatric trach/vent experience. Shifts: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (Mondays, E/O Saturday, & PRN).

4-Year-Old Boy: An active child who loves being outside and having fun! Home has two small hypoallergenic dogs.

Shifts: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM (Fridays).

Sweet Weekend Opportunity

1-Year-Old Girl: A very sweet little girl with Trisomy 21. Shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (Every Other Saturday)

Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)

Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs

Communicate with families and care teams

Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available

Day, night, and weekend shifts

Weekly pay + optional daily pay

1:1 Patient Care

Flexible scheduling
Paid training and shadow shifts
Health benefits and PTO for eligible employees

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan

Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)

Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)

Pediatrics (birth21 years)

Adults with complex medical needs
