SEN Teacher
ATD Technology LLC
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students in a separate K 2 classroom setting in Wilson, NC. The classroom serves approximately 14 students and is supported by 2 Teacher Assistants (TAs) .
Work with students who are non-verbal and/or on the autism spectrum .
Participate in staff meetings and required school activities.
overtime may be approved for eligible extra meetings.
Assist students with personal care needs, including bathroom assistance and changing , when required.
Collaborate with Teacher Assistants and school staff to support student learning and development.
EC (Exceptional Children) Licensure MUST BE IN HAND.
Previous experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
Experience supporting students with autism and/or non-verbal students is a plus.
Must successfully complete the Wilson County Schools background check and meet all district requirements.
