Days/Nights (United States of America) Registered Nurse (RN) – RICHMOND FLOAT POOL
The Float nurse will follow all Bon Secours policies and procedures. Float RNs go to all sites in our Richmond market and float to Behavioral Health and Med Surg Units.
Registered Nurse (RN) – Richmond Float Facilities -
Mary’s Hospital (Richmond – West End)
Francis Medical Center (Midlothian)
Richmond Community Hospital (Richmond-Churchill)
Memorial Regional Medical Center (Mechanicsville)
Southside Medical Center (Petersburg)
Float Between the following units:
Med Surg - Ortho - Oncology
Telemetry
Behavioral Health (Must also have floor med/surg experience)
1 Summer and 1 Winter holiday required

• Every Third Weekend Required
• Full Time night shift or days shift available
• Shift differential available for night and weekend shifts

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses
Evaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes
Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and Bon Secours policies and procedures
Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Two or more years clinical RN experience required in BH and MS
