Business Development & Marketing Manager
[Dallas, TX] Job Type: Full-Time | Compensation: $60,000-$85,000 Base + Commission
We are one of the fastest-growing companies in the restoration and mitigation industry, expanding rapidly across the United States - with international growth on the horizon. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restoration, mitigation, and construction markets
Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, realtors, and other referral partners
Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings, and community events to grow brand presence
Head-hunt and run business-to-business marketing efforts to generate new leads
Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Manage your pipeline and track activity using CRM tools
Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, plumbing, insurance, or property management
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
A self-motivated, "hunter" mentality with strong networking and relationship-building skills
Comfort with cold calling, in-person sales visits, and business-to-business marketing
An associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications is a plus, but not required - real-world experience and results matter most
