Temp/Travel -Registered Nurse (RN) HOME HEALTH (Nights)

Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Concord, New Hampshire. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/20/2026 in a hospital setting, with a weekly pay range of $2,189 to $2,265 and guaranteed hours of 36 per week. The shift is 12-hour nights on a 12x3 schedule. The assignment may involve float to nearby facilities in the area as needed.

• Contract duration: Shift: 12-hour nights (12x3)
• Setting: inpatient hospital travel assignment

Provide direct patient care as a Telemetry RN, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and hemodynamics for adult patients.

• Interpret telemetry strips, identify dysrhythmias, and respond promptly to abnormal findings and alarms.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per orders; document accurately in the EMR (Cerner experience is preferred).
• Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans, update progress notes, and escalate concerns to the physician as needed.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, monitor vitals, and ensure safety and quality standards; contribute to care coordination during shifts.
• May be requested to float to related units or affiliated facilities in the area; maintain compliance with unit standards and acuity guidelines.

Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission; 2+ years of Telemetry experience preferred; open to Critical Care RNs if comfortable with med-surg ratios and acuity.

• NURSYS license verification for all active RN licenses.
• Resume must be up to date and include 2+ years of experience in the specialty and any travel experience; will also need documentation of travel experience.
• Ability to work in a hospital setting as a travel RN; Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required.
