Installation, Maintenance and Repair Tech

This role will support the successful operation of the facility by maintaining and monitoring all process and building equipment. Must have proven experience in industrial piping/mechanical, HVAC, and chill water systems, showing a strong mechanical aptitude. This position works with moderate independence and requires strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills in mechanical and electrical equipment failures to maintain operational reliability.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, agitators, compressors, piping systems, and process equipment.

Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.

Maintain accurate maintenance documentation in the CMMS system.

Participate in reliability and continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Technical school, trade certification, or associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.

2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or manufacturing environments.

Ability to diagnose problems using preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

Familiar with various types of piping systems, plumbing, ductwork, regulators, gauges, and pneumatic/electrical-operated valves.

Knowledge of pumps and troubleshooting methods, disassembly, rebuilding, repair and installation.

Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and preventive maintenance programs.

Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred.

Shift schedule is 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
