Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

Mancan Staffing is seeking an HR Junior Specialist for a 6-month assignment with a great opportunity to gain valuable human resources experience.
This position will assist with day-to-day HR operations, employee support, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Assist with daily human resources operations and administrative duties.
- Assist with onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and employee file management.
- Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and other hiring activities as needed.
- Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and maintaining confidential information.
- Help ensure HR procedures and company policies are followed.
Previous HR or administrative experience preferred.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
