Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy - Part Time

TheraPeds Partners is a Colorado based, therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with our local schools to provide Occupational Therapy (OT) services to PreK–12 students nationwide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy (OT) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment.

This is a part-time, short-term, on-site role as an Occupational Therapist (OT) serving a school located in Aurora, CO.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Part-time hours 4 days/week, 30 hours/week

• Short-term position August and September 2026
• Job duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management
• Guaranteed hours, including documentation, administrative, and planning time
• On-site, in-person
• BS, Master's, OTD, or PhD in Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited university

State License as Occupational Therapist

Experience working with children

Strong foundation in Sensory Integration and ability to identify and analyze areas of developmental and sensory-motor dysfunction

Fingerprint background clearance

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
