Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Analyze patients' needs and create individualized therapy approaches that support them in accomplishing their personal goals.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and meaningful care.
Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor patient development and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep them thriving.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized and accredited institution.
Ongoing professional education or post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
A strong passion for helping others and a commitment to empowering patients to achieve their greatest level of independence.
