This is a part-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Pensacola, FL. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, greeting them professionally, answering phones, and directing calls to the appropriate staff. The role also involves handling incoming mail, maintaining organized records, and performing clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. The Receptionist will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to support efficient practice operations and a positive patient experience.
