Managing Attorney

is expanding and seeks a seasoned attorney ready to take ownership of meaningful, high‑impact work. This role is designed for a confident litigator who thrives in the courtroom, exercises strong judgment under pressure, and values both autonomy and structure in practice.

You will manage cases from initial strategy through resolution, including trial where appropriate. Our model is built to support attorneys with clear systems, defined workflows, and a steady stream of qualified matters—allowing you to focus on practicing law at a high level rather than chasing or managing intake.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Family Law, Civil Litigation, or both

Proven courtroom presence and litigation capability

A structured, process‑driven environment that reduces friction and chaos

The ability to focus on legal work, not administrative burden

Independently manage a full caseload of family law and/or civil litigation matters

Draft and argue motions, evidentiary hearings, and trials

Handle divorce, custody, child support, alimony, contempt, modification, restraining orders, and removal matters

Address real estate issues arising in divorce, including equity division, partition, and escrow disputes

Advise clients strategically and develop effective litigation plans

from an accredited law school

Minimum of five years of substantive experience in Family Law and/or Civil Litigation

Demonstrated courtroom presence and strong litigation skills

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities
