You support our team as

HR Generalist Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or HR administrative role.

Familiarity with HRIS systems and databases preferred.

Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable labor laws.

Experience supporting HR functions in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Professional certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
