What You'll Do Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines for precision production runs

Perform machine changeovers to support varying production requirements

Monitor quality, performance, and production efficiency throughout the shift

Troubleshoot machining and production issues to minimize downtime

Follow safety and manufacturing procedures while maintaining an organized work area

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to achieve quality and productivity goals

What We're Looking For Experience setting up and operating Swiss CNC machines

Experience troubleshooting machining or production issues

Understanding of CNC machine maintenance and preventive care

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts

Preferred Qualifications Experience in a lean manufacturing environment

Working in highly organized production facilities

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.
