Full Time Urology Physician

Job Description We are seeking a full-time Urologist to join an established, high-volume team in Pueblo. This role offers the opportunity to practice general urology with access to advanced robotic technology and a robust clinical support staff within a physician-led organization. -Schedule: Day shifts; typical clinical/surgical hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). -Location: Pueblo, CO. -Team: 4 established Urologists plus a community partner. -Equipment: 2 DaVinci XI robots (robotics expansion and Aquablation coming in 2026). -Charting: Epic EMR system. Salary: Highly competitive base range of $550,000 – $610,000 annually. Bonus: Immediate high-productivity bonus potential (upon exceeding base threshold). Loan Repayment: Programs may be available for eligible candidates. Insurance: Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, life, and disability coverage. Retirement: 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) voluntary deferred compensation options. Paid Time Off: Contractual PTO and paid family/medical leave (including Colorado FAMLI).
