Associate Attorney (Remote Flexible)

We are a well-established, respected law firm seeking an experienced attorney with *5+ years of legal practice* to join our growing Probate, Guardianship, and Estate Planning team. Interest or experience in bankruptcy is a bonus, but that unicorn is not likely to exist. If you are an accomplished attorney looking for a challenging and rewarding practice area, we want to hear from you.
- No prior probate, guardianship, or estate planning experience is required.* We are looking for an attorney with exceptional legal writing, analytical skills, and sound judgment. We will provide the training and mentorship needed in these practice areas.
- Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, briefs, trusts, wills, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in probate, guardianship, and estate planning matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare written advocacy
- Collaborate with a highly experienced legal team dedicated to exceptional client service
- D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Nevada (or ability to become licensed promptly)
- Minimum *5 years of legal practice experience*
- Excellent legal research, writing, and drafting skills
- Litigation experience
- Experience managing complex legal matters and communicating with clients
- Probate, guardianship, estate planning, or trust administration experience is welcome but *not required*
Extensive mentoring and training from experienced practitioners
- Meaningful work helping individuals and families through significant life events
- Bonus structure included with additional incentives for originations
