Receptionist

We're looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team.

As our receptionist, you will be the face of our company. You'll use your excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a variety of administrative tasks, from greeting clients to handling phone calls and correspondence. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Answering a multi-line phone system and directing calls appropriately.

Scanning, filing, and emailing documents.

Creating and proofreading professional correspondence.

Performing research to support team projects.

Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
