Facilities Maintenance (Handyman) - Full Time

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
Schedule: 5:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday, plus overtime as needed

A growing healthcare manufacturing company specializing in the production and distribution of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products. The company operates a regulated manufacturing facility focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform general facility maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the manufacturing facility. The position requires strong hands-on mechanical skills and experience working with building systems and industrial equipment.
Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and remodeling.
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, motors, gearboxes, air compressors, and boilers.
Perform welding and general fabrication as needed.
Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and other facility repairs.
Replace and maintain belts, filters, fixtures, doors, cabinets, and other building components.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Work with other departments to support facility and production needs.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
3+ years of general maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or similar environment.

• Key Technical Skills Required: Air Compressors, Boilers, Welding, Basic Electrical, Pumps, Motors, Gearboxes, and Plumbing.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, carpentry, and painting.
