We are actively seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our award-winning, commercial roofing contractor team. Ensure accuracy in scope, pricing, and contract terms
Manage change orders, purchase orders, and project transitions
Participate in pre-construction meetings and hand-offs to project managers
Track job costs and analyze post-project results to improve future bids
Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator with expertise in multiple roof systems
Strong understanding of commercial roofing construction, materials, and warranties
Great if using Edge Software for estimating
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
