The award-winning Leonard Florence Center for Living Green House is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing residence offering innovative, person-centered care. Our advanced Vent Unit combines cutting-edge technology with a home-like environment, empowering residents to live as independently as possible while receiving exceptional, compassionate care.

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to a diverse resident population, including individuals receiving short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized care for MS, ALS, and other progressive neurological conditions and ventilator dependency.

Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize residents' mobility, function, and quality of life.

Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation goals, coordinate care, and ensure safe, effective discharge planning and referrals.

Utilize or develop expertise in high-tech assistive technology and adaptive equipment to enhance resident independence; opportunities are available for Physical Therapists interested in becoming a Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP).

Master or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy

Current, valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license.

Must be able to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
