We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Program Manager to join our Hale Ulu Pono Semi-Independent Living Program on Oahu. This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary range of $52,000 - $55,000, based on education and experience. The Program Manager is responsible for resource management, including new-hire selection, staffing, performance evaluations, grievance handling, counseling, and progressive discipline. The position also requires establishing and maintaining close working relationships with the designated Department of Health, Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD), and the Department of Human Services Community Care Services case management providers.

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is required (social work or human services preferred).

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in supervising employees and teaching and training others.

Use of your personal vehicle with current registration, a safety check, and insurance is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided for work‑related travel.
