Remodeling Carpenter – Craft High-End Historic and Fine Residential Renovations

\Salary/Pay Rate: $34.00 – $37.00 per hour \n

Project Scope: High-end residential, historic remodeling, room additions, and restoration \n

n You will play a vital role in executing fine residential remodeling and historic restoration projects where craftsmanship is valued above all else. This position offers stability, above-market compensation, and consistent full-time work rather than short-term gig projects. • Execute detailed carpentry tasks including wall, floor, ceiling, and roof framing with strict adherence to structural codes. \Install high-end doors, windows, drywall, and sheathing to exact design specifications. \Read and interpret architectural blueprints to plan daily tasks and accurately prepare cut sheets. \Maintain level, square, and plumb standards across all phases of construction to ensure seamless transitions for subsequent trades. \Communicate material requirements and project updates to supervisors in advance to eliminate job site delays. \Minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry experience. \Deep understanding of structural codes, design intent, and carpenter math for level, square, and plumb requirements. \Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors and field team members. \High School Diploma or GED equivalent. \Hands-on experience specializing in historic home restoration or custom residential remodeling. \Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $34.00 per hour with overtime potential. \Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options. \401(k) retirement savings plan with generous employer matching. \Paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave. \Personal Tool Replacement Program and specialized equipment provided by the company. \Ongoing training and certifications including OSHA, safety, lifts, and fall protection. \n Croghan Home LLC is a growing residential general contractor specializing in high-end historic restoration, fine remodeling, and custom additions across St. Founded on stability, transparent communication, and an uncompromising commitment to quality, we take pride in delivering superior results without surprises.
