RN - Home Care Evening Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse to provide direct care to patients in their homes, primarily in NYC. In this role, you will deliver hands-on nursing care, monitor health conditions, and offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Your expertise and compassion will play a critical role in helping patients thrive in the comfort of their own homes.
Deliver professional nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate updates with the care team.
Comply with all state regulations and organizational policies regarding home health care.
Current and valid New York State RN license.
Prior experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred).
Ability to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols.
Shift Details:

Flexible scheduling available to accommodate your needs.
Hourly morning and evening shifts.
Hourly shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
NYS License Home Care Service Agency.
Flexible work hours and shift options.
Base Pay Rate: $65 per hour
Associates or better in Nursing. Bachelors or better in Nursing. Registered Nurse License.
