We bring a fresh, fast-paced energy that drives our momentum and shapes how we approach every challenge.We're looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, with a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a firm with numerous other high-level attorneys.ResponsibilitiesDrafting of motions, briefs, and memorandums of lawConducting legal researchAppearing on a wide range of court appearances including high level contested motions and evidentiary hearingsResponding to relevant discovery related requests and motion practiceMaintaining responsibility for all aspects of respective contested cases, including devising legal strategies and executing on legal strategiesRequirements5+ years of experience independently handling contested motion practiceAdmission to practice law in the state of NY, admitted in NJ/PA/CT is a plus!
