What Your Day Might Look Like

Rather than sitting on the sidelines, you'll be involved in:

Drafting the motions and briefs that influence the direction of a case

Developing case strategy alongside senior attorneys

Conducting sophisticated legal research on complex issues

Collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders

Taking ownership of substantive aspects of matters from an early stage

What will you need?

3-5 years of experience with general commercial litigation matters, multi-district litigation, or class actions in state and federal courts.

Strong commercial litigation foundation

Confident with independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting, and managing the discovery practice, including e-discovery.

Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to or eligible to sit for the New Jersey Bar.

Clerkship or journal experience preferred but not required.
