Speech Language Pathologist - Lead Therapist

Serve as a clinical expert —problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes

Deliver direct pediatric speech therapy services across multiple environments

Collaborate with management to improve clinical standards and program development

Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion

Create the kind of mentorship experience every therapist hopes to receive in their own career

Deal with payroll, annual reviews, PTO scheduling, or disciplinary action— that's for the Managers to deal with!

Active Illinois and/or Indiana Speech Language Pathologist License

2+ years of pediatric speech therapy experience across a variety of pediatric settings

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

A passion for helping clinicians develop and grow—and helping kids thrive
