The Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as the primary liaison between customers and the service department.
Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Accurately identify and document customer service needs and concerns.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
Review completed service work with customers and ensure satisfaction prior to delivery.
Qualifications Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly manner.
Proficiency with dealership service management systems.
