We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist with a strong background in ERISA-governed benefits to join our team. We're looking for someone who excels at explaining complex benefits in plain language, cares deeply about equity, and has a firm understanding of the relationship between total compensation and performance. The right candidate for this role will excel at coaching and supporting staff and managers, have a collaborative, people‑first approach, and be able to serve as both an advocate for employees and the voice of the company. A flexible hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely

You will serve as a trusted partner and leader in the firm for benefits‑related needs.

You’ll also support staff, serving as a trusted partner on the People & Culture team, advising on policies and approaches that support the mission of the organization and the needs of the team. This will involve advising staff, creating and co‑leading trainings, and coaching team members as a senior member of a People & Culture (HR) team that puts staff needs first.

Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, economics, accounting, or a related field; 8+ years of Human Resources experience, including at least 4 years working with ERISA‑governed benefits and retirement plans

Strong knowledge of qualified retirement plans and ERISA laws, with hands‑on experience managing compliance testing and reporting processes such as Form 5500, ADP/ACP, and 409(p)

Proven ability to coach and mentor staff while collaborating across teams to develop strategies and creative solutions

HR certification required (SHRM‑CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR); retirement plan certifications such as CPSP, QKA, or QPA preferred
