This role helps create a positive employee experience while supporting compliance, data accuracy, and workforce development initiatives.Support recruiting and onboarding processes, including interview scheduling, orientation coordination, I-9 completion, and E-Verify compliance.Conduct onboarding sessions and support new hire integration activities.Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, recognition activities, and communication programs.Assist in facilitating training sessions related to leadership development, compliance, onboarding, and company initiatives.Maintain accurate HRIS and employee data within Paycom and other systems.Assist with HR reporting and tracking metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and compliance status.Support communication and rollout of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.Partner with leaders and HR team members to support workforce initiatives and employee development.Participate in cross-training and provide backup support across HR functions as needed.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Minimum 2–4 years of HR, recruiting, training, or employee engagement experience preferred.Experience in manufacturing or union environments preferred.Knowledge of onboarding, I-9 compliance, HRIS systems, and employee engagement practices.Experience with Microsoft Office and Paycom preferred.Benefits for this role include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k) Plan with Company Match, Vacation & PTO, and Tuition Reimbursement.
