RN Flex Nurse (Day Shift)

Seeking a registered nurse to lead and coordinate unit staffing, ensuring quality patient care and clinical objectives.
Key Duties Include

Assigning, educating, monitoring staff during shifts and contributing to performance evaluations.

Assessing patient care needs, developing care assignments, and ensuring appropriate care delivery.

Collaborating with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes.

Evaluating patient care effectiveness and addressing issues impacting outcomes.

Responding to patient care complaints and providing input on staff hiring, training, and development.

Maintaining safety and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Skills

Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.

At least one year of registered nurse experience.

Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and other physical activities.

Valid professional licenses and certifications such as BLS, ALS, and appropriate state RN licensure.
