Phlebotomist, Phlebotomy, Full Time
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC
The Phlebotomist position involves performing blood draws, specimen collection, and processing in a fast-paced clinical laboratory setting.
They interpret lab orders, ensure accurate patient identification, and follow safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
The role includes specimen labeling, troubleshooting, data entry, and providing excellent customer service using AIDET guidelines.
Responsibilities also encompass specimen processing, assisting with specimen transport, and supporting staff and patients.
Flexibility to work various shifts (7:00am-6:00pm) and at different locations is required.
Qualifications include a high school diploma and experience in phlebotomy or specimen collection. Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician is preferred. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential.
