Phlebotomist II
Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Burleson TX 76028. Burleson TX 76028 Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 04+months (with possible extension on the basis of performance) Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.50/hour* *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
13 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

• Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to perform collections accurately and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and error-free work.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime based on staffing needs.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations, including Patient Service Centers and in-office phlebotomy sites, sometimes with minimal notice.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with patients, peers, and supervisors.
• Keyboard and data-entry experience required.
• Commitment to company policies, procedures, dress code, employee health and safety, and workplace standards.
• Training locations may vary depending on trainer availability.
