Sharpcontra is currently seeking a reliable and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in Detroit, MI. Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
Support administrative staff with basic office tasks
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (printer, phone systems, etc.). Paid time off and holidays. Health, dental, and vision insurance options. Consistent Monday to Friday schedule.
