Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, from individual contributor to senior leadership

Partner closely with GTM leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies

Assess candidates with a strong lens on GTM competencies sales acumen, quota attainment, market knowledge, customer empathy as well as culture add and long-term impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and compensation benchmarks for GTM roles

Flex to lead searches for senior leadership or executive GTM roles as business needs require

Bring structure, data, and best practices to GTM recruiting processes while maintaining a strong candidate experience

7+ years of recruiting experience, with significant focus on Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and/or Partnerships roles

• Proven experience recruiting in technology-enabled, SaaS, health tech, or high-growth environments
• Demonstrated success as a hands-on individual contributor managing a high volume of concurrent GTM searches
• Fluency in GTM hiring metrics and profiles quota attainment, sales cycle, pipeline generation, and comparable benchmarks across marketing, CS, and partnerships
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
