Job DescriptionStrive to always maintain patient comfort and safety and well-beingMonitor vitals and patient behavior, report findings to the nursing and medical staffAssisting patients with mobility needs, bathing, and personal careActing as companions to patients and accompanying them on walks or other activities they enjoyDocumenting informationCleaning rooms and bed linens, stocking suppliesAssisting with safety and some medical procedures.QualificationsStrong communication skills, detail oriented, patient, compassionate, and empatheticGood collaboration and teamwork skillsIn-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulationsComfortable working with specific populations of patients, including elderly patients and those with special needsBe at least 18 years oldUp-to-date immunization recordsPass a criminal background checkPass the State Exam and register as a Certified Nurse Aide
