Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.

Monitor donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.

Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.

Superior customer service standards.

A high school diploma or GED.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Exposure to electrical office and laboratory equipment. Personal protective equipment required such as protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold‑gear.
