As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) at Complete Care at Brakeley Park, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours on an as-needed basis, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans under the supervision of our experienced healthcare team. Our Weekend team is committed to delivering outstanding care, and we are seeking a motivated and caring RN who is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our patients.

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Evaluate patient needs and provide recommendations for care and treatment

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
