Essex Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Elizabethtown, NY.

Responsibilities

Collect required information from new Residents for admission.

Record health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.

Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.

Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.

May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.

Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

Qualifications

Must be able to work as a team member.

Valid LPN State license.

Must be in good standing with State Registry.
