Right at Home Occupational Therapist Position

Right at Home is a growing, locally owned home health company in Cedar Falls. We currently provide skilled nursing, Occupational and Physical therapies, companionship and personal cares for a wide variety of clients in Eastern Iowa. We proudly provide these services to veterans, and we are in need of a full-time occupational therapist to expand the level of skilled care available to them.

Responsibilities of a Home-based Occupational Therapist with Right at Home:

Provide high-quality evaluation and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal disorders.

Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function of patients in the home setting, involving patients in setting goals.

Communicate and collaborate with associated medical professionals to achieve patient goals.

Regular communication with physicians, nurses, and case managers within Veterans Affairs as needed.

Supervise home health aides involved in patient care.

Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care.

Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

Compensation: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
