Advocacy Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a pre‑litigation attorney to serve as a General Liability Pre‑Suit Attorney in Sacramento, California. The role involves managing pre‑litigation work and guiding clients through the case process, focusing primarily on personal injury cases.
Responsibilities Handle all pre‑litigation work daily
Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval process
Guide clients through the case process
Draft and file pre‑litigation documents
Complete TD approval for liability issues
Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
Manage the release approval process
Supervise a team of 6‑10 Case Managers
Drive compliance and KPIs among the team
Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements
Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association
1+ years of personal injury experience
Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑litigation cases
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
Desire to become part of a trial team
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Certifications Active CA State Bar membership
