A strong focus will be placed on driving financial performance by identifying opportunities for growth, improving billing accuracy, reducing denials, and enhancing collections through close collaboration with billing teams and provider education. You will lead ongoing recruitment and retention efforts by fostering engagement and building a connected, high‑performing team. Additionally, you will set the standard for professional communication and leadership presence, represent the organization with confidence, and champion a culture of respect and continuous improvement. Leveraging data, metrics, and trends, you will guide both operational and strategic decisions, including the use of financial and payroll data to make informed staffing decisions that ensure efficient coverage, maintain service quality, and control costs. You will also establish and monitor key performance indicators to support sustainable growth and continuous organizational success.
