BlueSprighas a BCBA job opening inWesley Chape, Florida. As ourBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst,you’lllead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Annual Individual Bonus:$7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)

Sign On Bonus: $5,000-$20,000(depending on start date and location)

Flexible hybrid work options: Hybrid work model with theoptionto work remotely one day per week as center operations allow, plus 15 paid days off and 9 holidays annually.

Defined path from Clinical Supervisor to Center Director, with 3.5 years of BCBA tenure vs. ~75% national average, supported by our accredited training system.
