Quality Assurance Specialist
Essential Duties:

Provides general QA department support
Inspects all questionable raw materials before the raw materials enter the production process
Determines whether questionable raw material falls within standards and specifications or if material requires discarding
Documents non-conforming materials and prepares data and photographs
Works with internal and external customers
Audits all WIP and finished goods
Assists in the ongoing training effort to build quality into the manufacturing process
Sets example for peers in quality and safety
Assists in creating visual aids to help eliminate questions regarding product packaging or foam qualities
Follow 5s and Safety policies and procedures
Assists in meeting productivity standards by completing work quickly and accurately
Other duties, as assigned
